Guests are encouraged to book a minimum two-night stay from December 12–14, 2025. We recommend arriving on Friday, December 12th. Check-in begins at 3 PM, but you’re welcome to store your bags, explore the resort amenities, and grab a bite while you wait.

Locals, early arrivals, and immediate family are warmly invited to join Basil and Eva Swinton for an authentic BBQ in Runaway Bay on Friday afternoon .

For departure, check-out is at 12 PM on Sunday, December 14th. Take the morning to relax, share farewells, and soak in the last moments before heading out.

For guests staying at Moon Palace, we recommend booking the hotel shuttle for airport transfers. Round-trip service is available from either Montego Bay (Sangster International Airport – MBJ) or Ocho Rios (Ian Fleming International Airport – OCJ) at a cost of $64 per person.

For guests not staying at Moon Palace, a complimentary concierge service is available to help arrange ground transportation, including round-trip airport transfers. After you submit the form, the trip cost will be provided to ensure you receive the best price and experience.
