What are the recommended check-in and check-out dates?Guests are encouraged to book a minimum two-night stay from December 12 to December 14, 2025. We recommend arriving on Friday, December 12th, in the early evening. Check-in is available from 3 PM, but you’re welcome to store your bags, explore the amenities, and grab a bite while you wait. For departure, check-out is at 12 PM on Sunday. Take the morning to relax and enjoy farewells before heading out. Locals, guests with extended stays, and immediate family are invited to join Basil and Eva Swinton for a family-style gathering and brunch in Runaway Bay in the afternoon.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?We kindly request no photos during our ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture our special moments, and we would love for everyone to be fully present. Afterward, we’d love to see your photos—feel free to share them.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.
